We moved to CA and were referred to Brandon + Holly Kersis by a friend who had used them (and loved the experience). From day one (8 months ago) we have had a wonderful experience with them. Because of our preparation, we had an offer to the listing agent the following day, and an accepted offer the day thereafter. Brandon handled all the scheduling and inspections without delay. The final close went incredibly smoothly with the efficient communication of Team Kersis and their trusted associates (shout-out to Cheri Cocoles at Fidelity National Title and Rick Olson at Commerce Home Mortgage). And because of their coordinated efforts, we were able to close within two weeks. In a field where who you know is just as important as what you know, the Kersis team proved why they are on top. Absolutely the Best
We have used the Kersis Team for our last four transactions. They are absolutely the best, we love them! Holly has decades of experience and respect for being an expert and top agent in the east bay. Perfect Team
We were looking for someone who could sell our high-end luxury home swiftly and found the perfect team. Holly and Brandon have a reputation for selling homes quickly so we were in contact with them. We did not even need to speak to other agents as after our initial meeting with them we knew they were the team to sell our home. They came prepared with market research already done (which many agents do not do), and a full marketing plan ready to go. We were impressed.
